Cabbage : Ornamental : Rose Bouquet F1
An extremely handsome, early variety producing compact, dwarf, solid round heads of glowing rose pink, surrounded by a frill of slightly wavy outer leaves. Ornamental cabbages are excellent for spectacular displays of late Fall and early winter color when little else is available. Carrot : Flyaway F1
Approximate root length: 6 inches.
The result of over 15 years breeding, this is we believe the closest to being a completely carrot fly resistant variety. In recent trials it came out top when grown against over 20 other 'resistant' varieties. Its resistance lies in it having low levels of chlorogenic acid, a chemical which the larvae of the carrot fly needs for survival. This means that it appears to be unattractive to the fly and even if your crop is attacked to some degree the larvae will soon die after doing relatively little damage. A Nantes type with cylindrical roots and a good blunt end and, perhaps most importantly, they are succulent and sweet. This variety is based on original breeding work carried out by Dr Bob Ellis and sponsored by MAFF funding.

Chervil
One of the most deliciously flavored of culinary herbs, widely used on the Continent, is one of the few winter hardy herbs for all-year-round fresh use. It has a rich savoury taste of its own often said to resemble that of caraway, which blends well with fish and meat. The leaves can be chopped and used in salads, stews, herb butter, dressings, etc., or used as a garnish in the same way as parsley.

	Chives : Garlic Chinese Garlic chives, or Chinese chives, differ from ordinary chives in having flat leaves and have a delicate mild garlic flavor.
